Work From Home
After a nurse completes training, preceptorship and probation (approximately 16 weeks) he/she may be eligible to apply as a remote agent and work from home. A nurse must meet quality standards in order to be considered as a remote agent candidate. A nurse trains and works in our state–of–the–art call center until they are eligible to work as a remote agent.
Remote agent candidates receive training to become a remote agent and must demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision as well as demonstrate independent use of our computer and telephone equipment.
Remote agents return to work in the call center once a month to meet with his/her assigned Supervisor for updates and call monitoring.
Remote agents must provide a dedicated workspace where a nurse can triage calls privately without noise (away from children, pets, etc).
Remote agents must provide a cable or DSL connection and separate dedicated phone line at their own expense. KP OnCall provides the PC and necessary applications to perform the job.
Advance your knowledge and work from home as a ‘TMS’.
