We are one of a few call centers in the world that has access to real–time outcome data and clinical information on our callers via Kaiser Permanente’s electronic medical record, HealthConnect. Access to HealthConnect enables KP OnCall to improve efficiencies for our members and sharpen our state–of–the–art treatment capabilities.
