"When I explain what I do for a living, I tell people that I get paid to help other people. My life as a CSS consists of giving a voice to those who can’t, by being an interpreter. I also help others get to the proper location to get the best help for their conditions. The best part of this job is to know that I can help those in need, through a specific time in their lives when they need help immediately. It is sometimes difficult because when a patient calls they are in pain and usually upset so it’s my job to be understanding, have patience and be helpful. I always hope that by the end of the call, I have made a difference."
